Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support. Start ASAP with regular 8-hour coverage; may include 10-hour shifts Mon-Wed for full-time coverage each month. Work in an outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic located onsite at the hospital.

The role involves hematology/oncology patient management, infusion suite oversight, and close coordination with the oncology navigator. BLS and AOCNP (for NPs) are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) certification required for NPs.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in hematology/oncology patient management and outpatient settings.

Outpatient clinic coverage. May consider Monday-Wednesday coverage with 10-hour shifts. Full-time coverage needed each month. Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic located onsite at the hospital.

Hematology and Oncology patient management, infusion suite management, patient assessments, review and communication of lab results, in-basket management, and triage collaboration with the oncology navigator. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Not specified.

Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) certification required (for NPs) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
