Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support in Connecticut. Schedule is 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts (Mon–Fri). The role covers oncology and hematology cases and requires EPIC proficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide oncology/ hematology patient care and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary team within EPIC.
• Engage in timely documentation and patient communication.

This facility is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 10-hour shifts. 4 days per week
• Practice Setting: Health Center
• Type of cases: Oncology, Hematology and apheresis procedures.
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
• Licensure required: Connecticut state medical license
