Job summary

Providence is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide operational and strategic oversight for oncology navigation services at Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and St. Mary.

The role drives development of navigation programs and ensures alignment with accreditation and quality improvement efforts. You will lead a diverse team across disease groups, promoting coordinated, patient-centered care across the cancer continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 5 years of ambulatory nursing experience.
• 3 years of nurse management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee oncology navigation services across Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and St. Mary.
• Develop and integrate navigation programs; support accreditation and QA efforts.
• Lead a team of Oncology Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Registered Dietitians and Supportive Care Staff.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, administration and accreditation bodies to advance patient-centered cancer care.
