Providence is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide operational and strategic oversight for oncology navigation services across Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and St. Mary.

The role will drive development and integration of navigation programs, build partnerships for accreditation and quality improvement, and act as a key liaison among clinical teams, administration, and accrediting bodies. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing (or in progress to be completed within 3 years of date of hire)
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 5 years of ambulatory nursing experience.
• 3 years of nurse management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a growing team of Oncology Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Registered Dietitians, and Supportive Care Staff.
• Provide operational and strategic oversight for oncology navigation services across Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and St. Mary.
• Promote consistency, connection, and support across the cancer care continuum.
• Serve as liaison among clinical teams, administration, and accreditation bodies.
