Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide operational and strategic oversight for oncology navigation services across Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and St. Mary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing, or in progress within 3 years of hire.
• Washington RN license required.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• 5 years of ambulatory nursing experience.
• 3 years of nurse management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic oversight for oncology navigation services across Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and St. Mary.
• Oversee a growing team of Oncology Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Registered Dietitians, and Supportive Care Staff.
• Foster partnerships that support accreditation and continuous quality improvement.
• Serve as a key liaison among clinical teams, administration, and accreditation bodies.
• Advance coordinated, patient-centered care across the cancer continuum.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing (or in progress to be completed within 3 years of date of hire)
