Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Nurse Navigator at the Mercy Coletta Cancer Center in Blanchard, OK. This part-time (20 hours/week) role supports patients across the continuum of care with advanced clinical coordination, working with physicians, families, and the care team.

The ideal candidate will be an RN licensed in the state, with BLS required within 30 days and oncology certification preferred. Duties include patient education and community education activities within an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• RN license in state of practice.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Oncology nursing or chemotherapy/biotherapy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment and care across the continuum.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient education and community education presentations as needed.
• Support ambulatory oncology care and clinic operations.
