Nebraska Hematology Oncology PC is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Coordinator (RN) to act as the primary nursing and care coordination resource for a physician/APP team. You will coordinate oncology/hematology care across the treatment continuum, support treatment planning, and ensure patient education and safety.

The role requires RN licensure in Nebraska, BLS/CPR, and strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Nebraska.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary nursing and care coordination contact for assigned physician/APP teams.
• Coordinate oncology/hematology care across the treatment continuum.
• Monitor communications via EHR, patient portals, calls, and other platforms.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
