• Assists with in-depth clinical assessments using advanced knowledge and skills.
• Anticipates changes in patient status and coordinates with providers accordingly.
• Demonstrates nursing presence and patient-centered care in all encounters.
• Maintains accurate documentation reflecting hospital and regulatory requirements.
