Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner for outpatient clinics in Bethesda and Glen Burnie, MD. The role emphasizes strong patient relationships and close physician collaboration in a growing theranostics program.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outpatient oncology, MD licensure, and a passion for learning radiopharmaceutical therapies within a precision oncology framework.

Qualifications

• Active NP credentials and Maryland licensure.
• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience.
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience.
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients.
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans.
• Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent patient and family communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with physicians.
• Ability to regularly work between the Bethesda and Glen Burnie locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient oncology care in a Monday–Friday schedule with clinic hours.
• Collaborate closely with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders.
• Receive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy.
• Follow patients throughout their treatment journey and outcomes.
• Spend meaningful time with patients and their families during visits.
• Work with a specialized clinical team in a growing program.
• Contribute to expanding precision oncology offerings.
