The role involves collaborating with oncologists, assessing patients, developing care plans, and managing chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to support symptom management and patient education.

Formación

• Licensure as Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Strong oncology knowledge and ability to manage systemic cancer therapies.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care and ongoing learning.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with oncologists and a multidisciplinary care team to deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Perform patient assessments and develop/execute care plans.
• Manage chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens.
• Oversee symptom management and monitor treatment-related needs.
• Coordinate care across providers and services.
• Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making and adherence.
