Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse.
• Administers or assists with ADLs, takes vital signs, intake & output, fall and pressure ulcer prevention.
• Documents all patient care activities with correct medical terminology.
• Acts as 1:1 patient safety sitter as necessary and ensures supplies are available.
