Job summary

Inova Health System seeks a Manager of Oncology Navigation and Counseling to lead the Life with Cancer team at Fairfax locations, coordinating services across inpatient and outpatient settings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Minimum five years of progressive nursing/social work and/or supervisory experience in oncology.
• Licensure: LPC, LCSW or RN license in Virginia.
• Experience coordinating community health programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of the adult psychosocial behavioral health team across care settings.
• Develop and manage Life with Cancer's Oncology Navigation programs.
• Oversee care delivery alignment with system-wide improvements.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Support patient care and research to maintain evidence-based skills.
• Supervise staff development and performance.
