Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in the healthcare field.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology required.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the physician in the exam room for patient interview and examination.
• Document patient encounters in real time using the EHR system.
• Chart patient history, physical exams, diagnostics, treatments and instructions as dictated by the physician.
• Prepare and present medical records for physician review and amendments.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable laws and policy requirements.
• Attend to overtime when required.
