Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BLS certification preferred.
• One year of medical office or clinic MA experience with venipuncture.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and basic lab procedures.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with procedures and phlebotomy in-office.
• Perform blood draws and basic laboratory testing with QC.
• Record vitals, height, weight and PHQ9 as requested.
• Prepare rooms and instruments for physicians; document in EMR.
• Maintain logs, inventories, and process outside referrals when needed.
