Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• BLS required.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with medical procedures in office.
• Perform laboratory blood work with proper QA/QC.
• Carry out phlebotomy and specimen handling per protocol.
• Prepare slides (blood or bone marrow) for evaluation.
• Coordinate outside lab testing and referrals as needed.
• Maintain logs and equipment records per regulatory standards.
• Document patient data and testing results in EMR system.
• Perform EKG testing where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing patient care.
