Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with procedures.
• Record vital signs, allergies, and medication changes.
• Obtain records and ensure consent before procedures.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms and assist physicians with exams.
• Administer injections and maintain disinfection protocols.
• Schedule tests and follow up on results; answer calls.
• Support pre-authorizations and patient communications.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
