Texas Oncology in Mansfield is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. This full-time MA supports patient care in a clinical setting, assists physicians, and helps maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day.

The role spans levels 1, 2, or Sr depending on experience, with responsibilities including preparing exam rooms, taking vital signs, recording data, and assisting with procedures. A supportive environment with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years experience as medical assistant or nursing assistant.
• BCLS certification within 3 months of hire; CMA preferred.
• Level 2 includes 3+ years experience; phlebotomy preferred.
• Level Sr requires 5+ years experience and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to/from exam rooms and assist with visits.
• Record patient data including vital signs and allergies.
• Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms; assist with procedures.
• Administer injections as delegated; maintain room disinfection.
• Support appointment scheduling and administrative tasks.
