Merck in the United States is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and manage a field-based medical team across oncology. You will drive performance management and development plans while ensuring high-quality scientific engagement with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, or PhD with ability to lead scientific/medical colleagues.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; strong integrity and teamwork.
• Thorough understanding of FDA, HIPAA, OIG, and related guidelines to ensure compliance.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and manage a team of field-based medical professionals.
• Oversee performance management and development plans for Oncology RMSD.
• Communicate Oncology disease state support plans and execute the agreed plan.
• Coordinate resource development and ensure policy compliance and safety in field operations.
• Manage regional budget and approve routine expense reports.
