Job summary

Aurora Medical Center Kenosha is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse in our MS5 unit to deliver comprehensive patient care across the nursing process, coordinating treatment plans and ensuring safety and quality in an oncology-focused medical/surgical setting.

The RN will participate in triad leadership and strive for high reliability in care, completing required telemetry training within 30 days and earning the Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration Certificate within one year of hire;

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and effective communication.
