Allina Health in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse for a 0.9 FTE permanent night shift on the E4000 hematology/oncology unit. This 30-bed unit cares for oncology and general medical patients, with chemo administration opportunities and strong leadership support.

The role requires 1–2 years of dedicated oncology experience preferred, but new grads considered for Tier 2; RN with med/surg background acceptable.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in MN/ WI required depending on state of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications may be required or provided by Allina.
• CMSRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care across acute illnesses on a hematology/oncology unit.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Participate in chemo administration and unit councils when applicable.
