The role requires 1–2 years of hematology/oncology experience, CPR/BLS, and MS Office proficiency. Standard hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with <25% travel and potential overtime.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; LPN program graduate.
• Unencumbered LPN license in state of employment.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• 1–2 years hematology/oncology clinical experience.

Aufgaben

• Answer and review patient calls; determine urgency and plan resolution.
• Review charts for adverse events prior to provider discussion.
• Discuss steps with physician/nurse practitioner to ensure proper care.
• Direct calls and discuss abnormal labs/tests with providers for orders.
• Handle prescription refill requests per company procedure.
• Work at multiple company locations as needed; overtime as required.
• Comply with privacy, safety, IT and disaster policies.
