Qualifications

• LPN license for Wisconsin is required.
• CMA certification (AAMA/CCMA) at time of hire or within 3 months if graduated from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of the Provider/RN.
• Record patient care and report changes to the RN/Provider as appropriate.
• Deliver basic health instructions and reinforce teaching with the health team.
