Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical trial ops, trial management, site management, or monitoring.
• Oncology trial operations experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical development from feasibility to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for US site level operational delivery from feasibility through closeout.
• Support local trial team activities in compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Lead local planning to meet recruitment targets and ensure high-quality data on time and within budget.
• Provide mentorship to other local operations managers when appropriate.
• Contribute to US trial strategy and integrate site insights into global planning.
• Represent US operations at investigator meetings and governance forums.
• Act as SME for assigned protocols to support cross-functional teams.
