The US Oncology Network in Austin, TX is seeking an Insurance Specialist to support the Medical Oncology Department. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00a–5:00p, at 8501 N. Mopac Suite 310.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in medical billing, knowledge of claims processing, and strong problem-solving skills. You will monitor delinquent accounts, assist patients with insurance questions, and ensure accurate postings while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of medical billing and payment experience.
• Knowledge of state, federal and third-party claims processing.
• Successful completion of required e-learning courses within 90 days.
