Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review appointments for prior authorizations and treatment timelines; adjust as needed.
• Answer phones, screen and prioritize calls; support nursing and coordination staff.
• Scan documents into EMR and manage incoming/outgoing communications with practices and case managers.
• Perform broad clerical duties as directed by management.
