Job summary

Bronson Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Chemotherapy Infusion in Kalamazoo on a part-time basis. The role requires strong nursing assessment, planning, and coordination of care for oncology patients, including education and discharge planning. A BSN is preferred and licensure in Michigan must be in good standing.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree in Nursing; BSN preferred with timeline.
• Must hold valid Michigan RN license in good standing.
• BSN must be obtained within 8 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage care delivery for patients using the nursing process and coordinate with other professionals.
• Delegate appropriate tasks within scope of nursing practice and supervise patient care assistants.
• Document patient responses, resource use, and anticipated needs during each shift.
• Provide patient education and ensure discharge planning aligns with the care plan.
