Job summary

Bronson Cancer Center - Kalamazoo seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide chemotherapy infusion care. This is a part-time role (30 hours per pay period) with Monday–Friday shifts at Bronson Cancer Center - Kalamazoo.

The RN will apply the nursing process, assess patients, coordinate with the care team, and document responses and resource needs during each shift, ensuring safe, quality outcomes and timely discharge when possible.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; must obtain within 8 years of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing for the state of Michigan.
• BLS certification required.
• Critical care or related certifications may be required for some units.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and delegate tasks within scope.
• Provide chemotherapy infusion care and monitor patient response.
• Document and communicate patient response, resource use and anticipated needs.
