Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN license, BLS/CPR required.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Oncology CEUs required each accreditation cycle to support CoC and NAPBC.
• Preferred: BSN and/ or advanced oncology training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work of caregivers providing infusion care to assigned patients.
• Assess patient condition using clinical judgment and plan care accordingly.
• Calculate dosages and administer medications per policy.
• Document all patient care in accordance with SCHS procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, PAs, and care team.
• Support quality improvement and maintain professional relationships with staff.
