• Assess patient condition and implement nursing actions.
• Administer medications and calculate dosages per policy.
• Document patient care and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, PA’s, NPs and the health care team.
• Support safety, confidentiality and continuous quality improvement.
