Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• RN work experience required.
• Enrollment in BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and completion within 4 years may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with solid tumor diagnosis in infusion clinics.
• Provide standard of care and research chemotherapy/immunotherapy and supportive care infusions; clinical interventions as needed.
• Nurse telephone triage, discharge planning, care coordination, ambulatory evaluation, and advanced drug preparation.
• Oncology competency-based education and training will be provided for non-oncology nurses.
