Qualifications

• RN license active in practicing state.
• BLS certification required.
• 0-3 years nursing experience, oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, and promote continuity of care with established standards.
• Assess health status through patient interviews and history.
• Administer therapies under physician direction.
• Administer medications and manage dose modifications with team input.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate charting.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and care teams for patient flow.
