Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the inpatient infusion center team in Massachusetts, with day shifts and a 40-hour work week. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires active Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS; ACLS is required in select units and PALS in certain areas. BSN is highly preferred and a signing bonus may be available.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required for all RNs.
• ACLS required in select units.
• PALS may be required in certain areas.
• BSN degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to plan and deliver patient care.
• Assess patients and coordinate discharge planning.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing care within the unit.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
