Job summary

National Jewish Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Gamma Infusion Department and provide infusion therapies in an oncology setting. The role collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, coordinate plans, deliver care, and support patients throughout their journey.

The RN will educate patients and families, participate in quality initiatives, maintain clinical competencies, and contribute to a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Current Colorado RN license and BLS certification required.
• ONS certification within 6 months of hire is preferred.
• Oncology/Infusion nursing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Administer treatments, carry out orders, and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clinical workflows.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care needs.
• Participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain competencies and uphold safety and patient-centered care.
