Responsibilities

• Safely administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy and other agents as ordered; follow ONS guidelines.
• Triage patient needs and provide education and support.
• Document treatment in EMR accurately and ensure charges are captured.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications, side effects and treatment plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with JBIs, OSHA/NIOSH and company policies.
