OneOncology is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide professional oncologic care in a multi-location setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for oncology patients across age groups.

The role requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and 0-3 years of oncology experience. You will assist with exams, treatments, venipuncture, and administration of therapies while ensuring patient safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education; BSN preferred or required unless grandfathered in.
• RN state license and current registration in practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 0-3 years nursing experience, preferably in oncology.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote the continuity of care according to standards.
• Assess health status by interviewing patient and reviewing medical history.
• Administer therapies under supervision of a physician, including chemotherapy/immunotherapy as learned.
• Perform venipuncture and port access; manage central line catheter devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Assist physicians with exams and procedures and ensure patient flow.
