• Current license with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
• Certification by PTCB or ExCPT.

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processes and releases orders using pharmacy dispense queue.
• Oncology order setup including drug, diluent, base solution, tubing, and labels for compounding.
• Maintains inventory, reorders, restocks, and monitors expiration dates in the pharmacy and floor stock via Pyxis.
• Familiar with pharmacy technology and equipment.
• Capable of troubleshooting technical problems.
• Prepares and packages all forms of medications.
• Assembles drugs in an accurate and efficient manner.
