Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree is required.
• Current Ohio Pharmacist license.
• Two years in infusion pharmacy or cancer center preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications, including hazardous and non-hazardous sterile preparations.
• Ensure accurate order entry and oversee technician compounding activities.
• Assist with patient counseling.
• Maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies.
