Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure required (RPH).
• Hospitals experience preferred.
• Strong medication safety focus and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Educate and counsel patients, families, and healthcare team on safe and effective medication use.
• Engage in direct patient care and interdisciplinary rounds; support transitions of care.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents.
