Responsibilities

• Verifies and dispenses injectable oncology therapies and reviews orders per patient parameters.
• Provides drug information to physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervises students, technicians and residents; participates in onboarding and training.
• Supports formulary stewardship, policies, and department initiatives.
• Ensures patient safety and quality through surveillance and reporting.
