Job summary

Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas is seeking an Infusion Pharmacist to support outpatient cancer centers and infusion clinics. This clinical role focuses on chemo preparation and delivery, ensuring safety and compliance while providing Sacred Work to patients and the hospital community.

You will join a team dedicated to high-quality oncology services, with opportunities to advance knowledge and participate in ongoing education and process improvements within the infusion pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college.
• 1–3 years of oncology/pharmacy experience.
• IV certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into PIS accurately.
• Understand chemo preparation processes for safe delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure pharmacy licenses are up to date and compliant with laws.
• Maintain knowledge of oncology issues through ongoing learning.
• Know systems used to retrieve all orders.
