Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-treatment and ongoing nursing assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Verify orders, treatment plans, informed consent, lab values, and patient identity before administration.
• Administer chemotherapy, biologic therapies, and supportive medications per policy.
• Maintain and access peripheral/central venous devices and monitor for adverse events.
• Document care and communicate findings to the care team; educate patients and families.
