Job summary

Allina Health Cancer Institute in Minnesota is seeking an Oncology Infusion Advanced Practice Provider to join the East region serving St. Paul and the surrounding communities.

This full‑time role covers the infusion center and includes providing virtual hematology/oncology visits. You will collaborate with hematologists/oncologists and other APPs, perform comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe therapies, manage chronic care, and contribute to survivorship programs and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from accredited NP or PA program.
• 1 year of Advanced Practice Provider experience required.
• Experience in internal medicine, urgent care or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical care for patients.
• Completes comprehensive patient assessments.
• Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness.
• Orders and interprets medical diagnostics in tandem with attending physician.
• Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy and medical equipment.
• Conducts patient education on chronic illness or wellness care.
• Refers for specialty care when indicated.
• Collaborates with health care team and multidisciplinary staff.
• Promotes communication within the team and with external partners.
• Supports program development and onboarding.
