The Regional APP lead position at AHCI is a leadership role overseeing nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistants (PAs), and other advanced practice clinicians in a defined West Region. Based at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, the role combines inpatient rounding and outpatient care with a 1.0 FTE allocation for lead and clinical duties.

• Master's degree in accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.
• Oncology APC experience required as part of qualifications.

• Oversees daily APC workflow and scheduling.
• Partners with regional leadership for program development and policies.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding of APCs.
