Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a positive and welcoming manner.
• Check for proper registration in EPIC.
• Print ID bracelet and verify patient name and date of birth.
• Check in all appropriate appointments.
• Communicate with patients about their schedules and directions.
• Verify demographics and insurance information and scan into EPIC.
• Collect monthly forms and obtain consent where needed.
• Obtain self-pay forms if uninsured.
• Ensure all forms are signed by patients.
• Oversee the master schedule and greet non-patients.
