Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Nursing required.
• Florida APRN license with prescriptive authority required.
• ANCC/AANP/ONCC certification preferred; chemotherapy certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for ARNP/PA Infusion staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead education and research initiatives to improve oncology infusion services.
• Contribute to staff development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Florida nursing practice acts and hospital policies.
