Job summary

Incyte is seeking an Oncology/Hematology Specialist focused on demand creation, product promotion, and customer engagement within Hematology and Oncology markets.

You will execute marketing strategies, promote Incyte's therapeutics through in-person, virtual, and remote channels, develop strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensure product access and manage medical/reimbursement issues, and deliver measurable sales performance.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in biotech/pharma sales, ideally in Hematology/Oncology.
• A minimum of several years' success in the field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel extensively using multiple modes of transportation.
• Strong communication, business planning and account management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer-centric selling approach.
