Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care focusing on education, self-management, and satisfaction.
• Administer medications and procedures per policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Lead nursing care for patients with complex needs and ensure documentation in EHR.
