Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing referrals as assigned.
• Track referrals and update status in the work queue.
• Escalate referral delays beyond 14 business days.
• Assemble patient information and referral needs.
• Understand ICD-10 and CPT coding for referrals.
• Coordinate with insurance for prior authorizations.
