Qualifikationen

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current APRN Licensure or PA License.
At least 1 year of Oncology/Hematology experience (preferred).
Strong computer skills; EMR experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with regulations and nursing standards of care.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient status.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare patients preoperatively and manage postoperative clinical care.
Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.
