Job summary

Natera is a global leader in cfDNA testing, focusing on oncology and other health areas. The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist will drive account sales, ensure patient adherence to test cadence, and collaborate with clinical and commercial teams to optimize workflows and outcomes.

The role covers field-based support, relationship building with oncology accounts, data-driven KPI tracking, and travel within the assigned territory (approx. 25–50%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background in oncology or a minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers
• Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the protocol prescribed by the Oncologist
• Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff with focus on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving
• Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes
• Educate medical professionals on tools and resources to facilitate test order management
• Utilize and maintain internal reports of KPIs related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume
• Be a key team player with internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for patient and provider
